Being a doctor is not really easy because it takes a lot of responsibility to do the work. This afternoon, my kids had their check up because both have cough that may lead to asthma. I had a short chat with their pediatrician since we are the last patient and we had ample time. She told me how she balances her time for work and family and how she makes sure she will have some relaxation after a hard day at work. She also told me about Doximity, a large physician - only network that is available for free on the web, iPhone and Android. It enables doctors to connect with each other online. So no matter how busy their schedule is , they can still communicate privately through their network. I was puzzled at first since I am not really aware on what it is ,but the gave me an example like Mariela Vasquez MD . One can see her profile, training, clinical areas of interest and other important stuff. They can access these information any time of the day or whenever they have some free time. Isn't it amazing how technology works in every industry we have? It surely does makes things easier.
