United States Gold Bureau bullions

We all know that silver and gold are mostly used as a jewelry. I know how the value of a gold jewelry appreciates in time and that is the reason why my mother asked me to invest in gold since then. I did not listen at first because I am really not into jewelries. But lately I found out about US Gold Bureau bullion that is becoming so popular in the market already. We only know about gold coins , but I got excited after hearing the bullions. Maybe next year we can check on how to purchase bullions, we still don't have the budget for now since we just got some coins and we also have some monthly payables in the house.

But if ever you would like to know more about gold bullions and coins, and even silver, check out reputable and trusted Gold sellers so you wont be fooled and you are assured that you are getting only the finest.

Home office ideas

I am browsing online for some home office design inspirations. Initially, I wanted a black and white look, but then I realized, I want something that has a hint of color (like red) . There are times that I really feel lazy to work, and I hope that this flowery design and colors can lighten up my mood to work. I also want that shelf at the side so I can organize my things too. I will start working on it now , finding the right materials and starting up with the design.

De cluttering tips

It's been a jungle here in the house for the past 2 weeks. I was preparing for the second birthday of my daughter and I have so many toys and what nots for the party. I would like to declutter starting next week since it is sembreak already. Here are some decluttering tips i found online. Hope this helps you

  1. Declutter for 15 minutes every day. It’s amazing how much you can get through if you just do it in small increments like this.
  2. Don’t allow things into the house in the first place. Whether you’ve begun decluttering the living space, or you’ve just completed it, stop bringing in new stuff NOW. Even if that’s ALL you do and don’t start decluttering immediately, if you can only establish one habit at a time, establish the no-more-stuff habit first. This way, when you do get to decluttering the existing stuff, you’ve already stopped making it worse. Think of bailing out a boat with a hole in it. You can bail and bail, but it won’t do anything for the leak.
  3. Donate stuff you’re decluttering, so you don’t feel bad about wasting it.
  4. Create a Joe’s Goals chart with decluttering on it — either daily, or 3 times a week. Check off the days when you declutter, and you’ll feel a great sense of accomplishment.
  5. Start at the corner by the door and move your way around the room, doing the superficial stuff first – surfaces, empy the bin etc. Repeat, but do more the 2nd time around – ie. open the cupboards.
  6. Whenever you’re boiling the kettle for tea, tidy up the kitchen. If the kitchen is tidy, tidy up the next room – it’s only 3 minutes but it keeps you on top of everything (helps if you have an Englishman’s obsession with Tea as well!)
  7. Use the “one in, two out” rule. The rule: whenever you bring in an item, you have to throw away two other items. First you cheat, by throwing out two pieces of paper, but soon you will have to move to big stuff.
  8. Make your storage space smaller and more minimal. If you have lots of storage, you’ll fill it with stuff.
  9. Clothing rule: If you haven’t worn an item in 6 months, sell or donate it.
  10. The One-Year Box. Take all your items that you unsure about getting rid of (e.g. “I might need this someday…”), put them in a box, seal it and date it for 1 year in the future. When the date comes, and you still didn’t need to open it to get anything, donate the box WITHOUT OPENING IT. You probably won’t even remember what there was in the box.
  11. Declutter one room (including any closets, desks, cabinets, etc.) before starting on the next one. Spending time in that room will feel *so* good, and it will be so easy to keep clean, that it will motivate you to do more!
  12. Keep a list in your planner labeled “Don’t Need It – Don’t Want It.” When you’re out shopping and run across some kind of gadget or other item you crave, note it down on the list. This will slow you down long enough to reconsider. Also, seeing the other things on the list that you nearly bought on impulse really helps.
  13. Internalize that your value is not in your “stuff”. It is just “stuff”. And realize that your value grows when you share your “stuff”. Hoarding is a selfish act.
  14. Have someone else (who you trust!) help you go through things. They don’t have the (sometime’s irrational) emotional attachment that you might have, but can still recognize if something should be kept.
  15. Gift everything. Books you’ve read immediately get recycled among friends, family or local libraries. If you buy a new gaming system, donate your old one – and all the games.

Cosmetology School

Learning doesn't stop after you graduated in college. Yes, a friend of mine proved to herself that with her busy schedule at home, she still managed to go to a school , and that is at the Hoover Alabama Cosmetology School . She has been passionate with cosmetology since our college days, but she got pregnant after graduation so she wasn;t able to enroll herself back then. Now that her kids are in school the whole day, she was finally able to enroll herself at the cosmetology school which is Regency Beauty Institute Hoover 1775 Montgomery Highway S., Hoover, AL. 35244 . I feel the excitement in her phone call so I asked her that I should be her first model when she does everyday look makeup at school. I know she has the talent, and it is right time she nurture it. Maybe soon I can also go to a cosmetology school in our area and enjoy schooling once more.

Hello Bed Weather !

It has been a gloomy week for us because of the typhoon. It made me crave for warm drinks and soups. Too bad , Starbucks doesn't deliver, I just made myself a gourmet coffee here at home. Here's a quiz that I find interesting during the bed weather.

TV Commercial Productions

It's quite hard being a consumer nowadays. There are so many products out there in the market trying to get your attention and money. I can say that TV commercials surely has a big impact in promoting their products. And this helps the consumers decide on which brands and products to buy. But coming up with a great TV Commercial is not easy at all. Everything might seem easy looking at the final outcome but I can surely say that it was indeed an extensive production process. Thankfully, there's a lot of competent production companies that can handle your digital media production needs.

TV commercial production
requires a great team of innovative people, the director, writers, motion graphic artists , talents and all those working in the background . I once saw a shoot for a TV commercial in our place and waited for it to be shown in television. When it was aired, I was amazed with the post production visual effects they have done. These effects gave more emphasis on their product and it surely caught attention of the consumers. If you are considering TV commercials as your form of advertising products , be sure to look for a good media company to help you out , there's some out there who has a value for money and still give you the best results.

I need a break

My schedule was written since Saturday and I seriously thought I can follow everything. But Lo And Behold, a typhoon came and classes for pre schoolers were suspended for two days already. I am grateful that it didn't hit us directly not like what happened to us last year. But still, I feel sad to those who are badly hit.I pray that they can recover soon and that they will have strength to move on with their lives.

I am so scared of typhoons. And all I can do is pray and be prepared all the time. Be safe everyone!

Bryan Keith Bedding

I've been browsing Macy's online for days now because of their ongoing sale. After checking out the items for the kitchen, I am now looking for the perfect beddings for the holidays. We are not going red and green, instead I want calming colors to suit the eyes. Check out this lovely Bryan Keith Bedding

Bedding set includes comforter, bedskirt, two standard or king shams, two European shams and three decorative pillows

I just love the green and grey combinations and the leaves pattern too!

US Gold Bureau

I am not over yet with the topic of gold. Yes, it is final that we are investing on gold coins for the end of the year. We will start out with a few gold coin , and from there we will see on how it will perform in the market. I know that I don't need to expect that much during the initial stage, but a least I want to have an idea on how everything goes. A lot has been explained to me already, and I was able to inquire at the US Gold Bureau already so I guess I am pretty armed with enough information. I will let you know on how things will go on our first month. I also want my parents to invest in gold, but since they are not that knowledgeable for now, I will just try to explain to them once I got ours already. I'm excited with this new investment, I am sure this is worth every penny spent.

Cheesy Grilled Cheese

Grilled Cheese is one of our favorites during breakfast or afternoon snacks. My kids enjoy it with their favorite yoghurt drink. I am thinking of giving it a variation , just for fun. Here's what I found out online, a cheesy grilled cheese recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice Muenster cheese
  • 1 slice provolone cheese
  • 2 slices rye bread

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven's broiler.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread, and place butter side down on a baking sheet. Place cheese slices on top of each piece of bread.
  3. Broil until cheese is bubbly and slightly brown. Remove from the oven, and press the two pieces of bread together cheese to cheese.
I can't wait to try this out this weekend!

Invest in Gold

Me and my husband are both doing a financial plan for year 2011. Yes, this early we are already going through our target savings and possible expenses for next year. It's quite hard to go through it, but since we have a draft already of what we had last year, Im pretty sure I can finish it up by November. So far, we had two points in our draft. First, we increased our monthly savings, added a few bucks so we can have more by the year ends. Then we also want to buy gold bullion by early next year as our investment. Gold has been a top investment piece lately and we are talking about the bullion here. It's worth in the market continues to appreciate and it seldom loses even a part of it's value. Hopefully we can get in touch with the right company selling gold bullions by December. I want to try investing on it at the start of the year and if it performs well, then we will surely invest with more by using our savings.

Halloween countdown calendar

What can you say about this Halloween countdown calendar from Pottery Barn Kids? I am looking for some decors for the house but I don't want it to be too scary for the kids especially to my daughter who easily gets scared of halloween images.

Still, we are all excited for the halloween. My little boy will have a program in school and my daughter is invited there too.

It can be hard to wait for Halloween, but this calendar makes the countdown fun. Hide tricks and treats in the 31 pockets.

* 33" wide x 43" high
* Sewn of felt featuring appliqué artwork and satin-stitch embroidered numbers.

Gathering ideasfor a better bathroom

I was at the spa this morning, and while waiting for my turn, I flipped through some really interesting home and gardening magazines. It's been a while since I went through one, so I made my waiting time productive. It led me to beautiful bathroom designs that I envy so much. We just have a simple bathroom now and I want to ask my husband if we can renovate it this year before the holidays. Wonderful designs are from betterbathrooms.com , and what is good with their site is , aside from bathroom plans, they also sell the materials you will need.

Upon going home, my vision of a new bathroom is still on my mind so I went online to check the website. Wow! They even have a more detailed website than I imagined! I spent an hour or two looking through designs and materials. I seriously dream of a bathroom suite, but maybe we can have that when we have a new home, a dream home as what I call it. If my husband would say yes with our renovation plans, I already have an idea in mind. I want a zen inspired bathroom with good lighting. I believe it matters a lot. I treat our bathroom as a place where I can de stress too whenever I am having my shower time at night. Oh well, let's wait and see.

Nursing Scrubs

My mom is working in a home nursing care facility and she is currently in need of medical nursing scrubs for their department. Before they use to go to work in different scrub suits , but they have decided to have a uniform color four times a week from now. She was tasked to look for good quality ones in affordable prices. She asked for my help to look online for discounted scrubs so as to save some extra money. They will be getting in bulk so I better ask the customer service department of the website if they can provide further reductions too.

I better start searching online now so my mom can report some possible suppliers by tomorrow. Any suggestions on where I can buy medical scrubs online? I am actually not after all the designs, they want nice colors, nice fabric at a great price. It must really be of quality because that will be their uniforms too. Let me know if you have suggestions, for the mean time I will start now with my research.

Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea is a disorder many people suffer from, it is a disorder in which you quit breathing when you are a sleep. It is like your body forgets to breath. People have suffered from sleep apnea, but not until recently have doctors found a way to measure a person’s oxygen through a device called a pulse oximeter. A pulse oximeter checks the oxygen in a person’s blood. All it does is sit on clamps on your finger, very loosely.

There are not a lot of treatments for sleep apnea. The one main treatment is to make the person with sleep apnea sleep with a CPAP (Continuous positive airway pressure), this is a device that when a person’s breathing starts to slow down the device kicks on and give that person oxygen. When a person is diagnosed with sleep apnea they have to make sure no one smokes in the same house where their CPAP is, because of the oxygen. It is very flammable.

CPAPs are very complexed with many tubes and devices like, heating coils, couplers/connecters, and senor lines. There are several different pieces on a CPAP. It takes a highly trained tech to work on and set up a CPAP device, because of all the pressure reading and devices.

Sleep apnea has been known to kill people if not treated in time, if you wake at night and cannot breath you might want to go and let your doctor know so he can get you tested. Sleep apnea is one of the leading causes of death all over the world. You can be diagnosed at any age, so remember to have your children tested as well as yourself. One way to detect sleep apnea is to watch someone sleep and watch their chest raise and fall to see if they stop breathing.
