Going to the mall on weekends has been our routine already. Its one day of the week that I look forward to because I enjoy looking at some new stuff, playing with the kids and enjoying good food. We really don't shop every week, we just get what is needed like food, and some stuff for the home. At most times, we use our coupon codes whenever we go shopping, I love discounts as it saves megood amount of money. I still have some coupon codes here, just like the Musicians Friend Coupon Code 2010 , but i am reserving it's use because I want to get something when they are on sale. I am getting some musical instruments for my little boy. He wants a guitar and I am thinking to give it to him on his 4th birthday.

I am hoping to get more coupon codes by this week. We are set to buy some things at the hardware section and I want to save some big bucks so I can get myself some treats.

I can't believe that it's the 1st day of March. It seems that we just celebrated the New Year last week. Oh well, time surely flies fast when you are enjoying, right?

I have always dreamed of having a vacation in some parts of Europe. But due to budget constraints, it has to take a back seat for now. But that won't stop me from planning a simple vacation for me and my family. I know that someday my dream will turn to reality. Just last Valentines Day, I was fantasizing a dream getaway with my husband. We are born romantics so we celebrate Valentine's day each year in a really special way. I dreamed of going to Edinburgh , the capital of Scotland. It's not reall a big place to travel, but surely it is a lovely tourist destination. Of course, before going into those wonderful places, I need to check out Edinburgh accommodation that is perfect for the whole family. Then there goes planning an itinerary. From my research, the most popular spot is the Edinburgh Castle. I bet it looks majestic. I have never been to a castle so I am really hoping to see this someday. There is also a zoo and botanical gardens for the kids. During night time, a couple who wants a perfect romantic dinner can surelyhave one with the many fine dining restaurants thay they have. Edinburgh is one must-see destination for me. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I'm gonna see this beautiful place soon.

What could be more surprising but to receive a call from my cousin telling me that she will soon get married. I got so happy and excited because it is high time that she ties the knot. She's been working for years now and I know that sh has a budget already for a wedding, so as his husband to be. She asked for my consent because my princess will be a flower girl, and I said yes of course. Then she also wants me to be a part of the organizing group because she knows that I have a background with wedding preparations being a bride some years ago. I got too excited that we started drafting some things already. It is just a partial list of suppliers and nothing definite yet. I also want us to work on schedules just to make sure that we are not going behind the deadlines. She gave me the task of looking for inexpensive wedding invitations , then she and her fiance will go to some reception venues for ocular. Oh I miss planning a wedding, it is truly a lot different with birthday parties.

I am too lucky to have this bag. I love love the size and color. Its perfect for travelling and going to places with kids. It is so lightweight and the inside is so spacious , i can really use this as a baby bag. I am thinking of when to use it, maybe on our trip to Disneyland ? But you know, this is perfect even for mall trips or day trips with the family. I can't wait.

I can't remember the last time I went to a car show. It must be years already since I got really busy ever since I had a family. Two weeks ago, my cousin asked me to go with him at a car show because his car will join the contest and he needs support. Since my time is a little free during the afternoon, I said yes and went there with my son who adores cars. I was drooling after seeing the cars for the show. My cousin's car surely is one of the best . I love how the color black and purple combined well together. He even have a new halo headlights that he bought and assembled for this particular show. It is very stylish and the radiance it brings is something that I have never seen before. I honestly want one for our car after seeing how it adds beauty to the the cars front. I am not sure how much it costs but my cousin said he got it at a really good price. A pair of halo headlights is so easy to assemble, and in no time you replaced your old factory headlights already. Now I need to ask permission from my husband so we can finally have ours soon.

It was a fun and tiring weekend for me. I went to two parties over the weekend and both were a blast. It was of the same group of friends , one party for the moms , and the second party was for the kids. We all had a grand time, even the kids. We all can't wait for the next party, i wonder when will that be?

Its been a while since i got hooked with music. I remember that during my high school and college days, i am so updated with new songs in the radio. but things do change. When I had two kids, I barely have time to listen to the radio anymore since they would often times watch the TV. At night, I am just too tired to do anything that all I want is to sleep. But now, I got to know music more because my friend recommended to me a website for free mp3 search and download . Oh it made things so much easier for me. Now I am updated once more with some feel good music. I was even to download some of my old favorites too. For now, i am just using my personal computer to play those songs. I am planning to get my portable mp3 player soon so i can play music anytime I want. It was so convenient to have this type of website, i honestly don't buy the CD anymore. You will definitely be a busy bee if you have two parties in consecutive days of the weekend , right? This is m situation now. I have so many things to do until Friday morning and I don't know if I can finish it all. I have to visit the preschool that we are considering for my son, then I am off to meet my cousin in the area and talk to some Finance Brokers . My cousin is putting up a small business and the brokers will be there to help her with the negotiation of some loans. This will be my first time to meet up some brokers, and I am hoping to learn new things thru the conversation. Who knows, may be i will also put up my own business someday.

Anyway, after the pre school and brokers meet up, I need to go to Chinatown to buy some stuff for my friends. Luckily, it is also in that area where I can buy some cheap toys for the kids that we will use for the game prizes. Yes, that's my schedule and I am still swamped with tasks at home that needs to be done asap.

Well, its not for me. Though I would love this type of wallet from Coach, a good friend of mine bought it from another friend at such a steal price. I was so shocked to hear the price considering it is brand new. I wonder when will I have my dream wallet? I better work harder so I can have it by my birthday. Birthdays are important occasions for me. I may not celebrate it with a big party every year, but I see to it that I spend it with my family. During a family member's birthday, I never fail to give them gifts. It is my way of remembering them on their birthday and saying my gratitude for being a part of my life. During the birthday of my sister, I gave her a pair of nice shoes that she dreams of having for the longest time. I really saw that glow in her face when she saw the gift. My kids always get toys from me during their birthdays. We all know how a simple toy can brighten up a child's day and make his birthday complete. I never had problems thinking what to give them. My only problem though is with my dad. Last year I gave him a set of tools because he loves fixing things around the house, this year I am thinking of what to give him. What do you think about a grandfather clock ? It is a unique piece of art that he can place at their living room. I am running out of ideas already because e is really not into material things. Hopefully he will ike the clock that I will give him on his birthday.

Decorating a girls room has always been a dream for me. I am one of those who are not into the modern princess theme , nor I am into something really colorful. There's nothing wrong with those themes, but I'm just not a big fan of that. I want something with a relaxing feel that is still touching a girl's world. It has been my idea to decorate a room in the house with a shabby chic mood. I love how the light colors blend well with each other, creating a really nice atmosphere around the bedroom. The colors, furniture, accessories.. everything is shabby chic!

My dream is now materializing. My sister will stay with us for an indefinite period of time while she finish her studies in a college near our place. I want her to feel at home since I miss her so much. This is one way where I can return the favor to her . She was always here for me through thick and thin. Pottery has been a long time art since the Ancient era. From then on , it has completely evolved into a modern art. My mom recently tried out pottery in their area as it is being offered to them for a good price. Labels are everywhere. In my day to day work around the house, i always encounter labels, some are simple, some are very detailed. There are many uses of labels that depends on the product itself. Cabinets and drawers are part of our rooms already. This is one thing in the house that I regularly use so quality matters a lot to me. When we were still looking out for the furniture for our room, I went from one warehouse to another because I am so meticulous with quality. Yes, that's what I anticipate by next week, and to say that I am excited is an understatement. Two of my friends are here in town, so they set up a party for us next Friday. All of our girlfriends will be present and I know that it will be one fun filled day for us. Then the day after that, we will have a party as one big happy family because our husbands and kids will join us too. Now tel me if you won't get excited with that? But I have one problem though, I have nothing to wear at the two parties because I feel like my old clothes won't fit me anymore. Well, some of my tops and blouses may still fit, but not my jeans. That's why i am just planning to wear casual dresses. I am now looking at a Women’s Clothing Catalogue for reference.Hopefully I can grab even at least one dress and if I am lucky, maybe I can score some real nice pants. Oh, this is what I hate the most, when I feel like I dont have anything nice to wear because my old clothes won't fit me anymore. Maybe I should continue with my daily cardio exercise so I can lose a few pounds and maybe slim down. I have a week to go, wish me luck.

I had the luxury of time to clean up some of our stuff from last Christmas. I finally segregated the clothes of the kids and the gift toys too. Then I also fixed some things of my husband. Next Christmas, i will definitely be getting Christmas cards fo my husband's office mates and staff. I might as well get some now because it is on big big sale. I just received a phone call from my aunt this morning and she told me a not so good news about my cousin. Not a good way to start my day but as a niece, I listened to my aunt as she told me the whole story. The best I can do that time was to give her comforting words of the problem they are facing. If only i can give her a hug taht very moment. Moms are really so affected with anything that happens to their kids even if they are grown ups already.

I've been craving for it for a long time now, and i was too happy when I found out that the original Lord Stow's egg tarts are available near our area. I got myself a box of 4 ,and i finished it off in no time. I should have gotten the 6 pieces or even 12 so I can share it with my sisters. Well, there's always a next time.

How was you weekend everyone? Well, it was a great one for me. I met up with a friend from New York and she is here in our place for a few weeks. She told me about her plans of moving to a different state now that work is not picking up in their area. She wanted to try the West Coast , and she is already looking for possibilities of transferring in the future. She just needs to find a new job there so she can settle down.

She asked me if i know some job openings, but I told her, I only know a few that I saw at the mall. Moving can be a tedious task because they have a lot of stuff to transfer. She also needs to research on Auto Transport now so moving their vehicle wont be a problem too. We both got excited with the idea of moving that we didn't notice time passed by. We just ordered some pizza and pasta for dinner and continue with our stories. Its so nice to catch up with old friends, it brings back a lot of memories and it also gives me a peek of what is in store in their future.

I started doing online research when I became a mom , so that was around 4 years ago. I gave up corporate life and concentrated on being a home maker. Internet became my best friend. When I am bored, I surf and get in touch with my friends. When I need some information, I check on it online, almost everything I do , the internet was there to help me.

Recently, I also discovered a website where i can get a lot of freebies. Who wouldn't want to get some Freebies ? In a few days, the Chinese community will celebrate the New Year . This is the reason why this street is decorated with Chinese lanterns. Is should have brought my DSLR to capture this place beautifully. Tikoys were also sold in the area and so as a lot of Chinese luck charms. I am hoping to go there on the 14th to celebrate the Chinese New year.

Education is very important to me. In fact, this early, I am already thinking on where to enroll my kids. I want them to get the best education if possible because right education can bring them to places. It plays a vital part in their future. On my part, as a mom now, I feel like I can still have a good education even if I am busy at home already. I have seen that there are real online degrees being offered at a good price and at a flexible time. It is meant for busy people who don't have the luxury of time to go to a common school, but still wants to enroll themselves in some courses.

Personally, I wanted to take Business Administration as an added course after i graduated college, but since I got busy with family life, it took a back seat. Now, with the power of the internet, that dream can be made possible. I am looking for more options and great feedback before I finally decide in enrolling myself. I should just learn to manage my time efficiently so I can work best as a mom and as a student.

I know that it's just February and the Holidays were recently concluded , but I can't help to think about Christmas trees when I saw a lot of sale items at the mall. Did you know that this is the best time of the year to get those artificial Christmas trees because prices are slashed at 70% off ? But i decided not to get one yet , because I want a real tree for next Christmas.

Last year, I really dreamed of having a real christmas tree but I was a bit undecided when I thought of the space it would take up in our living room. That time , part of our living room was full of big boxes so I scratched the idea off. But now, since everything is all cleared up, I am keen in getting one for the Holidays. I bet my kids will enjoy decorating it , and feeling the freshness of the needles inside the house. I checked out some places where I can buy one, and i never thought that there's different types of real trees. The noble fir christmas tree appears great to me. I think I will reserve my piece earlier this year. Since my kids are appreciating Christmas more and more each year, i wanted to put great decors inside and outside our home. I can already see the excitement in their faces when I tell them that I will buy christmas tree that is so real. I feel excited for this too, this will be the first time that I will decorate a real Christmas tree so I need to get new ornaments for it too. I cant wait for December and display a real tree in our house. My kids will definitely have a very merry Christmas!

Sports is something I am not so interested with. I am not inclined into any of it and sadly, when I was growing, I dont show interest on any so my parents didn't enroll me into summer classes. But when I had my boy who seems to be enjoying sports such as baseball and soccer, I came to know the sports. I enrolled him already to a soccer camp last year and we will enroll him again for this this year. A few weeks ago, my husband invited us to watch a baseball game and we all enjoyed it. I never knew that sports would be a fun thing to watch. I am not familiar with baseball so I asked my husband about a lot of things during the game , like some terminologies and equipments used, including the radar guns . These Radar Guns are used not only in baseball but also into some other sports like soccer, golf, hockey and softball. After the game, my son wanted to try out baseball, he seems to enjoy the game and he asked for a toy baseball bat when we dropped by the mall for dinner. I am thankful that my boy is into into sports. I will do my best to enroll him to some classes and support him all the way.

Since I became married, I dont have my own savings account and i just share with my husband. I am not working full time so my resources are not that big. I thought that sharing with his account will be okay. But lately, I realized it would be best for us to have separate accounts so we can manage our money more , and save money on our own. I am looking on where to open a savings account .I have cousins who works in a bank and they told me that I just need the pertinent data, application form, and identification cards for application.

This is another great start for me for 2010. I am geared towards more and more savings, and lesser expenses. Having a growing family can raelly make you live life simply to have a bigger budget for your kids. Its no joke to send a child to preschool nowadays. I just inquired with a preschool in our area and I was so shocked to know the rates. This is the main reason why I want to save money. I want to help my husband with all our finances to make things easier for him. having a savnigs account is one of my best moves so far.

Half of the things that I am busy with lately are all because of my husband. He has a lot of errands to fix, and since he can't deal with them after his office hours, he would always ask me to do it for him. Of course, I always oblige. These are easy tasks though, sometimes I just use the internet for some online banking and sending emails, sometimes I also go to the mall and get something for his work.

This week he asked me to cheap auto insurance quotes . We are getting another car that we will use for the schooling of my son so we also need an auto insurance for that. we want to try new companies that would give us a good rate, great service and flexible paying terms. If you can recommend a good one, please let me know. I am looking through some sites already, and hopefulyl they can give me a reply soon with a quotation. I wanted this to be done before the weekend so we can proceed with our plans to take the kids to the park.

Its almost Thursday, i cant believe this week pass by quickly as expected. I am done with lot of my errands for this week so I can now relax with the kids. This weekend, I am planning to treat them to Ocean Park. It was open for quite sometime already but we haven't been there , i think this maybe the best time to go because it is not crowded anymore as compared to its opening. I need to check the website for the rates and some guidelines. Bringing 2 kids wont be that easy, i know , so i want to come prepared.

As what (me and my husband) planned last year, 2010 will be a year of investments for our family. That would mean less travel and shopping, and we need to focus on some big things in life. It was a mutual decision because we realized that we need to build our new home now that the kids are growing. Of course, it doesn't come that easy. As I said over and over, having 2 kids equates to double expenses, add to that the schooling of my eldest.

We already inquired on some housing loans at the bank and we are looking at some properties too. We then stumbled upon FHA Home Loans at the internet. am not really familiar yet when it comes to housing loans so i do all my best by reading online and in some literature. All i know is that when looking for a loan, i should look for something simple with low interest too. A low monthly bill would be a big help for us , maybe we can have a big amount for the down payment too. I am looking at some testimonial about FHA Loan just in case we might consider it in the future. I am also in touch with our broker so I can compare which term is better. Hopefully I can get great feedback and details from FHA Loans this week so I can decide and make the first move in building our new home.

It has always been a dream for me to put up a simple house for my small family. Slowly , and In the right time, we will soon be celebrating special occasions in our dream house. Im seriously hoping and praying that we will get the best housing loan to finance our house.

I am trying to cut down my rice intake starting last night. I noticed that I am not getting slimmer than what I envisioned myself to be. So aside from the cardio exercise I do everyday, I also try to monitor my food, and that means lesser junk food. Here's what I had last night, chicken wrap with honey mustard sauce ( less fat)

The days when I can have a full, uninterrupted sleep was over. Ever since I had my kids, I hardly sleep on time , and I can't even be asleep for 8 hrs straight, not even six i think. These past few days, I've been totally busy with a lot of things, that sleep is something I look forward to at the end of the day. Imagine dealing with some cars and even trucks, its exhausting im telling you. wonder why i deal with these two lately? Well, its because we are looking for a new car for me that I can use for my little boy when he goes to school. Yes, I will soon be driving again every single day, to and from his school. Then the truck and truck accessories - that is for the new business that we are putting up. My husband and I decided to finally invest in a new business this 2010. We have a friend who is helping us with this delivery service so a truck is a must. Its not really a big one that you imagine, but its a good size for our business. I am looking for these accessories to add on our unit .

What was your best day of the week last week and why? - I think it was last Friday. I am not that tired with the kids, and i got myself a simple bag as a treat too.

What's the longest you've ever gone without sleep? - more than 24 hrs.. it was close to 34 i think. Espresso frapp with double shots of espresso made me awake

Is how old you look and/or how old you feel right now different from your actual age? - i think i look younger than my real age.. buy i think matured now since i became a mom
