a place called home . . .

My mom called me the other day telling me how cold it is in their place in CA. There's no snow but it is extremely cold. You know that when you get older, you get something with the cold. She got a few winter jackets already and she wears them to work and when she goes out to run some errands. When she's at home, she turns on the heater for a while.

It is so contrary with the weather that we have here. It is summer indeed. Anyway, back to CA weather, i told my mom that I will buy new winter jackets for her and for dad. I found some really nice North Face jackets at the mall last week and they are on sale. It will surely keep them warm while at work.I told them to donate some of their old jackets to the neighborhood charity, as some might be needing jackets for the winter. My dad will surely love the black north face jacket that I saw. Then i might bet a blue one for my mom , perfect for everyday wear.
