Lately, i am experiencing some headaches and I am not sure if it is with the medicines I am drinking or is it because I am in front of the computer for quite a while. Eye strain is often times the term for it but i am hoping that there is nothing serious with my eyes at all. So to ensure myself with what I am feeling and experiencing, I went to the ophthalmologist to have my eyes checked. i told the doctor of my condition and he told me to wear eyeglasses whenever I face the computer to prevent eye strain. She said that the strain maybe the cause of my headache too. I was able to get my grades for the eyeglasses and just decided to check online for some sale on eyeglasses. I am really not that particular with the lens since I will just use it when I am at home. I want something that is affordable and of good quality. I don't want to keep on changing eyeglasses as I find it really costly. Now I am glad that I was able to detect the source of my frequent headache episodes. I am more careful now with my eyes and i try to avoid and rest too in between the times that I am working online. I have to do my best to protect my eyes.
