I am trying to cut down my rice intake starting last night. I noticed that I am not getting slimmer than what I envisioned myself to be. So aside from the cardio exercise I do everyday, I also try to monitor my food, and that means lesser junk food. Here's what I had last night, chicken wrap with honey mustard sauce ( less fat)
