Lately, I am sleeping really late for no reason at all. I think its because my body is used with that already. Blame my erratic schedule here at home since I had a baby , i just sleep at night whenever i have the time. I squeeze in my work from time to time so I have to endure this kind of schedule. Anyway , let me share with you this piece that i got .. im planning to have this bath before my desired sleeping time

Insomnia Milk Bath

Moist towelletes

20 to 24 Squares of white heavy-duty quality paper towels
1 cup Witch Hazel
1 teaspoon Glycerin
1-3 drops of essential oil of your choice

Combine the Witch Hazel, Glycerin, and essential oil. Mix well and set aside. Next, separate and stack each of the paper towel squares from the roll; cut each square in half. You will now have rectangles. Fold each rectangle into thirds as if you would a letter. Now, fold each in half as if you were closing a book. Holding the stack of towels firmly closed, place in a pie pan and hold down with your finger. Pour witch hazel mixture over towels. Let stand for a few minutes to absorb all of the liquid. Stack towels in an empty lidded plastic container or zip-lock type bag. Keep in your car, bathroom, gym locker or other useful places.

Again, i found this from my favorite site for home soa treatments. its good to have moist towelettes now because its summer in my part of the world.

Luggage for the family

We are off for a short weekend vacation this month, and i still dont have a bigger luggage for us. I actually have one in medium size but it wont certainly accommodate us now that we are four. This would really be nice for us. I want something in dark shade so its low maintenance.
