A very nice read

We all come to a point when we feel really tired and burnout from what we are doing. I experienced this a few times already and I must say that it wasn't that easy to hurdle over that phase. I stumbled upon this blog post and i am sharing it here because I find it so helpful to moms like me

How to Defeat Burnout and Stay Motivated

1. Achieve in increments.
2. Train your muse.
3. Work less
4. Define success realistically.
5. Get more sleep.
6. Take it slow(er).
7. Get a second opinion
8. Set clear boundaries
9. When you’re working, focus.
10. Create outlets.
11. Know when to power through it.
12. Never accept defeat.
